Life is a Choice

- A few years ago, I went through an unexpected, shattering life event; my husband of 25 years asked for a divorce. I had been 'replaced' for a 'younger' model. Now, I could have curled up into a ball and hidden from the world. I could have played the 'Poor Me' card and wallowed in self-pity. I could have chosen to be angry and bitter. Instead, I CHOSE to see this event as an opportunity instead of as an obstacle. I chose to embrace my life and live it big, regardless of what was happening around me. It is my intention to show other women that how one lives their life is a choice and to illustrate that obstacles truly are opportunities.....if one chooses them to be. For me, this ride is a symbol of that choice and the richness that the world has to offer…. if one chooses……
